Please read these Terms of Use and End User License Agreement carefully. By downloading, accessing, or using Jamie's Fit, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

License

Jamie's Fit grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the application on compatible devices you own or control, subject to these terms and applicable app-store rules.

Acceptable use

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service except where applicable law expressly permits it. You may not use the service in a way that harms other people, violates law, or disrupts our systems.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of information associated with your account and for keeping login credentials secure. Notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Subscriptions and payments

Some features or content may require a paid subscription. Available plans, prices, trial terms, and billing intervals are displayed before purchase. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled through the account or app-store settings associated with the purchase. App-store refund and cancellation rules may also apply.

Health disclaimer

Jamie's Fit provides general fitness and wellness information, not medical advice, diagnosis, rehabilitation, or treatment. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning a new exercise program when appropriate. Physical activity involves risk, and you are responsible for choosing a suitable level, using equipment and surroundings safely, and stopping when movement causes pain or unusual symptoms. Intellectual property

The service, including software, design, text, graphics, video, branding, and other content, is owned by or licensed to Jamie's Fit and is protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.

Third-party services

The service may link to or rely on third-party platforms, app stores, payment providers, or websites. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services, and Jamie's Fit is not responsible for third-party content or availability.

Service availability and changes

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or error-free, and the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jamie's Fit and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when you materially violate these terms, create risk or harm, or when required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our services or legal obligations change. Material updates will be communicated as required, and the date above will be revised.
